1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the My Cab Rental website (mycabrental.com) and any taxi or cab rental services booked through us, whether via phone, WhatsApp, email, or our website. By booking a service with My Cab Rental, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
My Cab Rental provides taxi and cab rental services across Delhi NCR, including but not limited to:
- Local Taxi Service — hourly and package-based local travel
- Airport Taxi Service — pickup and drop to/from IGI Airport and other airports
- Outstation Taxi Service — one-way and round-trip travel to destinations outside Delhi NCR
- Corporate Taxi Service — business and employee transportation
- Wedding Car Rental — decorated vehicles and guest transportation for weddings
We offer a range of vehicles including Sedan (Dzire), SUVs (Ertiga, Toyota Hyryder, Toyota Rumion, Innova Crysta), Tempo Travellers, Urbania, and Buses (up to 50 seater), subject to availability.
3. Booking Process
Bookings can be made via phone call, WhatsApp, email, or the enquiry forms on our website. A booking is considered confirmed only after we provide verbal or written confirmation (via call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email), including vehicle type, driver details, and final fare.
Please provide accurate pickup location, drop location, date, time, and passenger count at the time of booking. Inaccurate information may result in delays or additional charges.
4. Pricing & Payment
Fares are calculated based on vehicle type, distance, duration, and package selected. Tolls, state taxes, parking charges, and interstate permits (where applicable) are charged separately as actuals unless explicitly included in your package.
Payment can be made via cash, UPI, or bank transfer, as mutually agreed at the time of booking. For corporate clients, monthly billing with GST invoicing is available upon request.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Any advance payment or token amount paid for outstation, corporate, or wedding bookings is subject to the specific cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking. Please contact us directly for any cancellation requests.
6. Waiting Time & Extra Charges
Local taxi packages include a fixed number of hours and kilometers. Usage beyond the included limits will be charged at the applicable extra per-kilometer or per-hour rate. For airport pickups, a free waiting period of up to 60 minutes is provided after the scheduled flight arrival; additional waiting time beyond this may incur charges.
7. Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must provide accurate trip details at the time of booking.
- Passengers are expected to be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
- Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or carrying illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
- Passengers are responsible for their own safety and that of accompanying minors during the trip.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle due to passenger negligence or misconduct will be billed to the passenger.
8. Luggage & Belongings
My Cab Rental is not responsible for any items left behind in the vehicle after the trip is completed. Passengers are advised to check for personal belongings before exiting the vehicle. We will make reasonable efforts to return any lost items reported promptly, but cannot guarantee recovery.
9. Driver Conduct & Vehicle Standards
All drivers associated with My Cab Rental are verified and expected to maintain professional conduct at all times. Vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained for cleanliness and roadworthiness. If you experience any issue with driver behavior or vehicle condition, please report it to us immediately via phone or email so we can take appropriate action.
10. Corporate Bookings
Corporate clients availing monthly billing arrangements agree to settle invoices within the payment terms communicated at the time of account setup (typically net 15 or net 30 days, as mutually agreed). Delayed payments may result in suspension of services until dues are cleared.
11. Wedding & Event Bookings
Wedding car rental and multi-vehicle event bookings require advance confirmation, typically 2–3 weeks prior to the event, especially during peak wedding season. Decoration requests must be communicated in advance and may be subject to additional charges. Any changes to the event schedule, venue, or vehicle requirements should be communicated as early as possible to ensure availability.
12. Limitation of Liability
My Cab Rental shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic, weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns, road closures, or government restrictions. Our liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the value of the specific booking in question.
13. Force Majeure
My Cab Rental shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
